It is possible to change an article by contacting us IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN MAXIMUM 3 DAYS by e-mail to the address: email@example.com no later than 7 days from the moment of receipt of the goods.
The day you receive the goods is to be considered as 1 day.
THE RETURN IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
OHMY Products! must be returned for the exchange:
- correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) and equipped with any accessories;
- with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow OHMY! to identify the Consumer (Order number, name, surname and address);
- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article. That is, they must not bear any trace of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.
Where the OHMY! returned does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.
The shipping costs for the return are fully paid by the buyer.

PRODUCT CHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PROMOTIONAL / SALE OR ITEMS WITH SPECIFIC CHANGES.
You can return / change an item by contacting us via e - mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
Once received will be checked and validated once returning returned.
The shipping costs for returning the pay the buyer.
If a replacement product for the one purchased is not found, OHMY! will not return the amount in money but will give you a VOUCHER of the same value as the purchase excluding shipping to be used to purchase another product on our site.
The voucher is valid for one year.
If the delay / loss / non-delivery is due to the courier used for the shipment, especially during the Christmas period, OHMY! Indemnifies itself from any responsibility by confirming the date of departure of the goods on the document issued to us.
